Refund & Return Policy

1) The headline

Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of your order date for a refund to the original payment method.

2) What qualifies (and what to include)

  • Condition: Unused or “like new” when reasonably possible, with manuals, tools/chargers, and any bundled/free accessories.

  • Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required.

  • Restocking: None.

  • Return shipping: You cover change-of-mind returns; if we sent the wrong item or confirm a manufacturing defect on arrival, we’ll cover reasonable return costs.

3) Start a return (two-minute email)

Write to support@jarretscorner.shop with your Order #, the item(s) you want to send back, and a short reason. We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions and, if needed, an RMA plus the correct return address.

Please don’t ship anything without authorization unidentified parcels may be refused.

4) Exchanges

Need a different size or model? Request an exchange inside the 60-day window (subject to inventory). Sometimes the quickest route is a return + new order—we’ll advise.

5) Refund timeline

After your return is delivered, allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks/card issuers post funds within 3–7 business days after we process them.

6) Shipment issues (damaged/missing/incorrect)

Report problems within 7 days of delivery with photos (if damaged) and your order number—we’ll make it right.

7) Cancellations

Cancel before shipment for a refund minus a 5% processing fee (non-recoverable payment costs). If the order already shipped, please use the return process above.
