1) Agreement

By using the Jarretscorner website or purchasing our products (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). Keep your credentials private—you’re responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3) Orders, pricing & payment

You authorize Jarretscorner and our payment partners to charge your chosen method for product totals, taxes, and shipping. We may cancel or limit orders due to availability, suspected fraud/abuse, or obvious errors; cancelled orders are promptly refunded. Clear pricing/content mistakes may be corrected even after submission by cancelling and refunding or by asking for your direction.

4) Shipping, title & risk of loss

See the Shipping Policy for options and timelines. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier. Use a secure delivery address.

5) Returns & refunds

6) User content (reviews, photos, Q&A)

By submitting content, you grant Jarretscorner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with the Services. Don’t upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

7) Acceptable use

No illegal activity, malware, scraping, service interference, IP infringement, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive practices.

8) Intellectual property

Except for user content, site materials belong to Jarretscorner or our licensors and are protected by IP laws. Don’t copy, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9) Disclaimers

Except as legally required or expressly stated in our policies, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jarretscorner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability won’t exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms and/or the Services at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with exclusive venue in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
